IBM t42 is available in 14" with a 64mb M10. Same with the HP nc6000.

IBM T series

The NEC LaVie RX has a 64MB M10 and is 2.1kg (4.6 lbs) with a 14.1 SXGA+ screen, but it's only available in Japan and I haven't seen any importers offering it (or any NEC models).
