yeah i believe thats part of the system, no use in building a system if you dont get paid for it right?
Thats the way they do it for everyone... thats why the first couple phases are verification and payment. Why would they go and get all the parts, and put together a custom computer... then have the customer back out last minute and leave them hanging. Wouldnt be a wise business practice to do it that way.
