Drayko: yep, the Eurocom Milano M37EW Milano is the ticket. As far as PCT's shipping times go, they are pretty expedient. Check recent threads by Spookymonster and Mayaman2 (among others) regarding shipping times for the newly released 4750. That might give you an idea.
That said, let it be known to all employees of PCT that I will gladly donate my left testis to science should a configurator for the 3790 be up and running on their website before week's end. The specimen may be small, yes, but it could very-well save the reproductive capabilities of a needy teenager in Burma. I'll have it chilling on a pilaf (ha) of dry ice, ready for excision, and will proceed with the deed (hopefully) soon.

EDIT: changed "teste" to "testis", the correct form of testicle in the singular.

Must add the conventional long form name of Burma (aka - the Union of Myanmar) is Pyidaungzu Myanma Naingngandaw. This translates into, "Give us your 3790 in trade for this fine testis."

The truth is out there.

Wow this is one strange thread. Giving up babies and testicals for a computer. Personally I would give up my kidney or part of my liver (i think it can grow back).

I was originally sold on what is now known as the 3790, but have grown a bit more ambivalent given weight and port arrangement.

So I'd be willing to trade my my appendix.

Weight, shmeight. I have a 9 lbs laptop. Its not that heavy. Its about the weight of a baby. But it doesn't spit up on you or cry.

Will PCT have color options with the new 3790 since it doesnt have with 3760. IF it doesnt i will probably cover it with carbon fiber(really just a big sticker). A lot of people have been doing it but im scared to mess up my screen or void the warranty. Someone needs to make a manual on how to do this mod. O yeah someone tell me the official thickness for once. If the 3790 is really the M37EW then why is Luke saying its 1.5" and not 1.2". Finally has anyone actually done a carbon fiber mod or sumthing similar to that on a 3760, Ive seen it on some 56xx. I just think its a great mod because it is so much cheaper than a paint job.

It looks like on other comparable system Eurocom starts out near equal for a base system, but as you start to add options like faster processor and more memory the price difference starts to increase as geometrically.

Check out this thread. If it does void the warrany ill probably at least try it once my warranty is over. I wanna get a white automotive finish or a white or silver carbon fiber. It seems like everyone wants the chamelean colors, but i think thats to over the top. Im finally old enough to get a decent summer job and i saved about 4k so im so excited that a laptop has come out with such great specs and is not a monster(no offense 8790 users). I was looking at the Acer 3200 and the np3760 but when i saw the specs on the replacement for the 3760 there was no choice but to throw out my consideration on the acer. Just like the chamelean colors i think that red automotive finish and that horse symbol is way over the top.

Hmmmm, the 3760 has been dropped from PCT's product page ... could it be in preparation for (gasp) .... 3760.php is still there though, and no 3790.php present ... drat.

3760 is gone. But they shouldnt stop selling it unless there gonna sell 3790 awwwelll. I guess there gonna sell sooner than suspected since everybody is going gaga about it.
