Order Process: I talked to Michael pretty much every time I called, because he gave results. And good results too. A different lady tried helping me on several occasions but talked way too fast, and in the end, did not help me. Michael actually went down to shipping to talk to them on my behalf and called back promptly. Again, HSPC is slow, but worth it
Because I talked to Michael I was able to pay 800 up front and then the rest later, before it shipped. Worked great for me b/c I wanted them to get started and I knew I would have the money before they shipped.
Packaging: Very nice, I mean, who wouldn't use peanuts and such...
Appearance: I don't know, I LOVE the stock case. I think it looks sharp and professional... Can't understand why everyone seems to think the CL56 needs to be painted...
Benchies: (these are just what they gave me, and they seem a little low... anyone have an idea?)

Questions:
1) What is that tool for the M11 so I can see how its clocked and overclock it maybe a tweach
2) Someone with the CL56: Do both of the shortcut buttons work on yours? Only one of mine works (nearest to power button). I dont use them, and I figure its just there for show then, which is fine by me.
3) Is mine slower than normal?
All-in-all I love it anyways... its so LIGHT!!! I will re-post later with 3dMark03 scores and pictures, probably not until like monday though... Thanks again guys! If you have questions, just ask me and I'll try
