Even without budget constraints, I dont feel i could justify the m60.
I don't see the difference in quality or features that a jump from the d800 to the m60 will provide, that could justify the price. Most of the features in the m60 that I would appreciate are covered in the d800
A jump from the 8600 to d800 is pretty substantial and more visible for me.
The major plus point i see for the m60 is the advantage its video card provides for Autocad. The other plus point that other people point out is build quality, but I don't believe the build quality could be substantially better than the d800. If someone could point out why it is or what part of the build (material, chassis etc) is better, I stand corrected.
I am however discounting the software and hardware certifications that the m60 carries, as i personally have no idea what it constitutes or how important they could be. So if that is what makes you choose the m60, I concede that it is th better choice.
Wooster (or anyone else), What do you find in the m60 that would make you choose it over the d800?, excluding the video card and certifications.
oh yeah hows jeeves these days?
