After weeks of loving my computer, I finally inquired about the blue screen error which happened everyday.Sager support first asked for my serial number, then asked me to send them the computer.I emailed back asking if their was anything I could try before I send it back or was this a known hardware problem. They emailed back suggesting I try a clean install of the OS. Any suggestions or info.
