Also, I went to www.powernotebooks.com forum.
It looks like that they might be getting the Compal notebook too. Nothing definite but the prospect looks hopeful. This is great because Powernotebooks has a no dead pixel policy and they use Artic Silver too. Sweet!
Great research!! can you keep us posted on the so called aurora at powernotebooks I'm willing to lean that way too if the price is right but that damn ferrari is sick looking!!!! hey Rustican can you email your avatar to me ME LIKEY VERY MUCH yes I knew it was a mouse after a good look LMAO

I like the Aurora over the Ferrari since it has 5 usb ports and ISN'T bright red

Also, the Aurora will be customizable. The Ferrari is a great price until I start switching components... which I can't sell, because if I do, and I send it back to Acer, they will get pissed...

Puka just right click on my avtar and select, save image as...
I do like the ferrari looks but i'd have to customise it myself with more ram and a better hard drive. Aslo the DVD RW on the ferrari is built into the case.

The slot drive is cool but if it breaks you can't replace the module. You'll have to send the whole think back for RMA. You won't be able to upgrade it in the future. And lastly, i burn a lot of things. I've already gone through 2 DVD burners in the last 3 years since i use them so much.

Realistic price and alienware don't really go together. That's why i'm hoping other resellers will offer it too. And remember even if you order from Alienware, it usually takes a month for them to actually get the computer to you.

Hell yeah if aw has it you KNOW it will cost just as much or even more then 51m, and it will probaly be thicker cause they will put their rubber grips on them and the glowing alien eye's!.....let us pray for other vendors to have them the same time as aw lol.
