Anyone can tell me how hard is it to assemble parts to an labtop, compared to a desktop? I have big hands... if that is a problem?

I'm telling you, it's harder.
I've built desktops and torn apart Xeon servers. I've never had anything kick my ass like this in a long time.
Screws are VERY tiny. Memory is easy enough to install, as is the hard drive and CD drive. Keep in mind you need to buy a mounting frame (I paid $40 for that thing) if you want to use your own optical drive. Otherwise, just buy the stock one that has that already. That just slides in.
The fun is in the inside. Little parts and pieces everywhere. The most jaced up seemed to be the processor heatsink in that it relied on the tension from the heatsink to hold it in place. It was really weird as it didn't have the traditional ZIF socket we're used to. The screw tops stripped out easily as well.
Bottom line: if you want to have a trouble free experience, let someone who knows the laptops assemble them. Much easier that way.
I'm sending mine back for reassembly/repair, so I'm going to be without it at LEAST another 2 weeks since I'm on the east coast and it's one week each way for ground shipping.
