I can't find any specs on the 30 MB hard drive in this 600m. I think it's a Seagate OEM but does anyone know the specs? Model: ST93012A

It is a Seagate... I can't find specs on it, either.

Download a system information program such as Aida32, or perhaps Belarc Advisor... both of which should be perfectly able to tell you the specs of said hard drive.

thanks Stu, I tried both of those programs. But they don't list the RPM.
buffer=2mb
max pio transfer mode= pio 4
udma 5 ata-100

Aida32 definately will give you that. Start up the program, select Storage from the left, then ATA from the new list. Scroll down that to ATA Device Physical Info and voila, it will be there under Rotational speed.

Weird. I have 3.88.2 and it works just fine showing my 7200 rpm drive.

it's the HD, aida doesn't list the physical info for some reason with this HD. It does for others though.
