Hey guys I just got a FW RAID drive from cooldrives.com

and I have this problem please help

Information:

Bay 1 – 200 GB WD drive Master w/ slave
Bay 2 – 120 GB IBM drive slave
Bay 3 – 250 GB Maxtor Master w/ slave\
Bay 4 – 120GB IBM Drive slave

(I also try few different combinations but this seems is the one that might work)

Ok the problem… I am only testing the top two drive right now I want to make it work in parts but the bottom has the same problem

I can see both drives in bay 1 and bay 2… healthy (active)

But on the top window when there say file system it is blank. When the C and D drive says NTFS which I also formatted those two drive as…. I can also see the two drives bay 1 and bay 2 on my computer but WITHOUT size and free size information. When I try to click on it tells me I have to reformat it…. ( side note: if I take out one of the drive bay 1 or bay 2 the other drive works good, just not together)

Ok than I when to Properties on the drive in the Hardware Tab
It says

IC25N040ATCS04-0 <- my C drive
Oxford Semiconductor Ltd. OXFORD ID…. <- 200GB WD
UNKOWN VENDOR and MODEL IE…. <- 120GB IBM
SONY CD-RW CRX820E <- CD drive

Ok now is the problem I can see both drive but I CANNOT use any of the drives… and did uninstall all the drivers and let the computer reconfig. But still came the same way…


Please help me!
