Hello,
I have a S5200-701. It works nice but it has some problems
1- At the back where the power goes in the fan there sometimes makes this noise. The noise is something like its hitting somewhere.. Can this be fixed? I mean i tried open the laptop but the bloody thing wont come off so i gave up..
2- Well I spilled some water on the direction keys and they dont seem to be workin.. if i take it to a service center will they be able to fix it? and does any1 have any idea how much it would cost?
Thanx

Is this a Toshiba notebook?
If it is, I'm sure a Toshiba repair centre close to you can repair all those problems for you. If it is under warranty, you shouldn't have to pay anything. Otherwise I'm not too sure about the cost.

1. The fan problem sounds like a bad fan, which can just occur naturally after a while of use due to dust, alignment of the fins being off, etc. The fins of the fan could be hitting its surrounding. Well, it's happened to my desktop computers often.

Sigh. I gotta get my Toshiba 5205-S503 laptop fixed becuz it's hinge is broken. They said they could fix that so I'm sure they can fix those problems of yours.
