Ouchies, Swift. Let them feel the wrath.

I was just told by an AW rep that they don't know when my system might be ready. They said it might arrive in October sometime, but they do not know when they will receive any 6800 ultras. So, now... I was lied too and now getting very annoyed.

Seriously guys,

chill for a few days...this storm will surely cause billions of dollars and kill many people...let's be fair and let them live their lives too.

If you've never been through a major hurricane you cannot possibly understand the wrath of nature...it changes lives and makes you forget about emailing customers back the very next day. You're too busy buying ply wood to board up your windows so broken glass does not impale your entire family to death.

Let's give them till next week before you start whining about our machines...remember, I'm in line with each one of you too. I know your pain and excitment!

At this point it has everything to do with a hurricane...i agree with you, a week ago, it wasn't.

I sent a PM off to an alienware rep (which all of you can also do) so sit tight...they'll surely get with you on this matter.

I know every customer is important to them...especially ALX customers. Let us know once this is ironed out Swift...if you're going to make noise, please also make noise when they correct their wrongs.

Actually as of right now I got a call from them saying that my pc is done and ready to ship by noon!

I take back my recent badmouthing, it was just my own doubt, but they were doing their job very well. (I just thought they actually weren't because the stupid site never updates the phases) So, THEY did great but the site did poorly.

I'd like to thank Eddie, my sales rep, and the guy who built my pc (Very nice guy just talked to him.. his name escapes me at the moment)

Now I feel bad for being impatient.

I should be getting it by monday or tuesday! Just in time for school.
