Hi. I've looked through the sticky discount thread and around the forum a little, but I've never used a discount like this before so I'm still left with some questions. Sorry if you're all sick of answering these... 
1. If there's a blanket 10% off type discount that's being advertised on the site out in plain daylight, can you still apply other coupons? When people talk about using two discounts together, are they talking about this, or having two different coupons?
2. When a discount code has question marks in it, what does that mean? That you use an actual question mark, or do you replace it with something else?
3. Is it better to call them? If you do, do you tell them you have a discount and then read it to them over the phone, or are they internet only discounts? I read the guide about what to say to them on the phone, but it didn't go into specifics about that.
4. I know that discounts go in cycles. How long does it usually take fore those great 20% discounts to come around? If I kept my eye out for, say 2 weeks, do you think I'd be able to find a good discount?
