CX5 Delayed

I just received this email from Hypersonic:

I looked into your order, and it appears that it will not be able to ship on
the estimated date of July 28. The reason for this is that we received a
bad batch of screens with dead pixels to the point where they don't meet our
quality control. We are currently waiting for the manufacturer in Taiwan to
ship out a replacement batch. Therefore, your system is expected to ship
sometime early next week.

Take advantage of the situation and ask for them to give you some sort of upgrade... either to the mode of shipping, or to one of your internals. I have heard of Hypersonic doing this...

Yeah I probably should threaten then to upgrade something or I'll cancel my order (can I still do that?)

Well my shipping date got changed to the 2nd with overnight shipping so I'll get it next tuesday I won't be home until Sunday anyway so I guess it's ok.
