Any chance that the Acer Ferrari will Get the Radeon 9800

is there any chance that the Acer Ferrari 3200 (or later model) will have the Mobility Radeon or whether current owners of the Ferrari will have the chance to upgrade to the 9800.

I dont want to buy the Ferrari now if there is any chance that the Mobility 9800 will come out for it in the near future.

no current owners will be able to upgrade to the 9800. Acer could release a mobile athlon64 laptop in the future with the 9800, but you can never know. Anyway, the 9800 will first appear in DTRs before going mainstream.

i dout the 9800 could work with a non dtr notebook.. i'm hoping i'm wrong but it seems to draw way too much power

By the time a new Ferrari model arrives the GPU will be Express based and better than the 9800.
