Are you sure that it wasn't the fan/temp sensor bug that was fixed in A03?
I once closed my lid and opened it back up and had my fans running high. I checked out I8kfangui and saw that it was reading 185 (exact same as you) and wouldnt change update. I restarted quickly and the reading was back to normal. Nothing like this since A03 has been out.
In I8kfangui I know that the fan speeds are kinda screwed up (you have to divide by 30 if i'm correct. You can get true fanspeeds doing a diag test on any one of the fans). I also think that the temp readings are in the wrong places. I think that GPU and DIMM temps are reversed. I'm not too sure on this though (I once put my 9100 on an airconditioning vent and the GPU cooled fast and the DIMM stayed normal-but the DIMM cover and the memory were a LOT cooler than before).
Another question, what does the Other temp refer to? I was thinking that it might be a second CPU temp sensor? Any suggestions?
