I honestly dont get where you guys are droping drinks all over your computers.

Never once of the past 5 years ive been eating/drinking at my computer have i once droped any liquid in my keyboard/computer, crumbs always getin there but its never somthing a can of air cant handle

are you guys like, so edgy when gaming you shake from all the caffine or what?

anyhoo, i dont have any horror stories or pics to share thank god *knock on wood*

sucks you guys have tho!!!

Only one drink incident... Movie theater big gulp full of ice water + keyboard = time to make up your own language when half the keys dont work .

These pics inspire me to take very good care of my XPS ...

laptop disasters

wow this thread has been dead a while.. but I'm back with some new additions and hopefully get it going again!

I think I posted the lcd_damage ones but had just linked to my own web page with images, should have saved them all here...

The crack.jpg I use for a background... kid just jammed a pencil right through it. The spiderweb image I mentioned in a previous post, and always forgot to post he picture.

This lead to my E1705. The E1705 was sold and lead to my brand new macbook pro!

I guess I could post a pic of the base of my old Inspiron 8500. There is a case crack, caused by the plastic getting brittle over time, and heat damage to the labels and paintwork by the RAM (no, it wasn't overclocked. It just ran hot. My M90 runs a lot cooler despite being much faster).

LOL there is no good story...cop was in car, cop accidentally fired weapon, laptop paid the ultimate price.
