I haven't played RE games, but plan on doing so sometime. I would recomend Zelda Wind Waker, if you like action adventure, fighting, single player games, that seem to have a billion side quests to do once you beat the game, BUT I would only reccomend it if you don't have a problem with cell shading, though in this game it is done well, and looks very good, also links eyes are pretty cool, how they move around to look at certain things.
Also Metroid Prime, Though I hate having to use A to shoot, they don't get it that R is the shoot button

, anyways the gameplay is good, if you can get passed the controls.
James bond nightfire is a good shooter, with great controls, and decent graphics, it's single player/multiplayer, though the single player is somewhat easy, it's a great game.(this game is also on PS2)
The starwars gamecube exclusive games are always great, flying through space in great graphics, blowing up spacecrafts, what fun.

Mario sunshine is a great, long adventure game......but you may consider some gameplay and cut scenes to be, well, childish and kiddy.
Timesplitters 2 is great too, though I suggest you get it for PS2, because they left the online out of the gamecube version, when they could've easily added it.
There are allot more, of both 1st, and 3rd party games, but those are my favorite highlights, or atleast highlights of what I have.
