Hey,

I was looking at notebook coolers and stumbled on this one, looked pretty cool just wondering if anyone has used it and can verify that it works with
the sentia, thanks.

yeah, you should check the thread about reversing the fans, it gets cooler.

about the targus i might go with that one, becuase my gf works at office depot, 10% off but the one that doesn't use battery interest
me the most, i want to see if anyone has feedback on that

I havent measured temp or anything but if I use it on my lap I notice a lot of difference using the Antec cooler. I had the Targus one but the switch lasted all of 5 uses. I have also noticed that the chasis doesnt feel as hot under my wrist.

Dell 600 by the way is what I use

thanks code, so the notebook coolers are meant to be used on desk and stuff to get air correct?
I guess that is what they are meant for. I use it for comfort more than anything. I like the antec cooler. It has feet to rasie it up. I have that older dell laptop that has heat issues so I use it more for that one and it keeps it working as well as the built in exhaust fan did.

There is also those that just hold it up off the table so air can get under it better. Might be better if you dont want a lot of noise.

i was looking into buying a cooler.. but i dont know if it sucks to much battery power

yeah thats why i was looking at the non powered one, to use on trips etc when battery life is valueable

Yup that is the one that lasted me about 3 good uses. IMHO they sucks. $30 for something and the swtich pops off too easy and it will not straight wire. The think I like about the antec is it has better airflow and the switch is in the base so there is nothing to break on me

I have another one that is powerless that I actually use! It is great, zero noise and even gives the laptop a needed height boost. Here is a pic:Laptop Cooler \

It is government issue. Note: It does need some assembly. ( I really do use this with my Dell 8100 as it tends to build up enough heat to boil the meat off of a pigs ass)
