Let's make this clear. There is no class action lawsuit and that was be a last resort months if not a year down the line. For now it's just matter of the online petition, letters, etc.

I understand how strongly some of you feel about it and I apologize for removing it.

I don't kiss up to any business or brand name, not even what we sell. I was told without a doubt to remove it immediately by our legal team and did so. Talk about how much you like or dislike a brand or model all you want, but don't use the forums to conduct business including starting a class action lawsuit... please.

That will get you banned.
Mods can view pms

also they can be notified if the pm has something like bomb president. ect (theres filters they can add to)

id resort using normal email were its a bit safer.

So, any other suggestions for my outline? I am planning on writing Maximum PC.

I. Intro - state grievance, complaints

II. Being misled early on
a. magnesium alloy chassis
b. dual channel memory
c. internal TV tuner/ Video capture module
d. changes to website to cover-up issues
(any more?)

III. Uncertainty in GPU Upgradability support
a. problem - incompatibilities
b. questionable support for their features

IV. Alienware responses
a. customer service's response
b. Official Alienware statements

V. Hypothetical solutions

Any other suggestions? should this be on behalf of the Alienware customers here? I would like some support in this if you fellas want part and contribute.

you will need some kind of proof. Screencapture is going to be the only realy proof you can use. but dont be an jerk and edit one.

I mean you could be right but atm im just as right as saying alien exist! we both have no realy proof shown
