Acer Forum?

How is the logic in who and how and why Acer doesnt get its own forum? Is the Gateway/Emachines really more active or is it that these Acer's are soooo new? Reading 35 pages of a post on one Machine does make it a bit hard to find stuff... Just my 2 cents.

Um I posted a similar thread, and also asked a vote for it. For some reason pctorque won't do that. Search for my thread, it may be interesting.

So, it would make it easier to read that 35 page thread if it were in an Acer specific section?

Some threads get big over time. It's not really because there's no Acer section, that's just where it was being discussed and it just keeps going in the same location because of relevance.

Actually there is Acer stuff all over... but hey nice to run it up the flag pole and see who the naysayers and contrarians of the group are !!

Naysayer? Just because I call BS on someone blaming the number of pages in a long post on no special Acer section? That's an interesting dictionary you have.

Perhaps "naysayer" wasnt direct enough... whats the word for antagonistic know-it-alls who scoff at ideas they dont like especially from newbies whom they like to intimidate with with a slash and burn posting attack so that they can retain their frail egos?... thats the word I was really lookin for.... well, even if I cant find the right word, its nice to know there is "one of ya" on every board... not.

Rachel you've got to calm down! Sharakkhal is a respected member of this forum who is just presenting his view. That is really un-called for.

Anyways... it is odd how PC Torque sells Acer's, but not Gateway/Toshiba/Dell etc, and still doesnt have a forum for them. They are becomeing increasingly popular too!
