Can't type the Euro on the Acer 2012!

I looked it up in th einstruction manual and it says to hold down the Alt Gr key an dpress the euro key (the euro is to the right of the 5 on th ehorizontal number pad)...well, I do that an dnothing happens at all! So what's up with that? I wanna type the euro...hey, I am going ot France for a year so I might as well know how to type their money :-)

didn't SP1 solve that problem?

do a search on microsoft.com there should be a patch

you can always use the character map if nothing else works
