i just called and theytold me it wil ship in the next 48 hours so i'm still in phase 9...

how did you swing that???
the only difference in ours is the color and processor right? and all the parts for both of ours had to have been in i guess you just got lucky!
but im glad you should get yours before you ship and i am not going anywhere...

EDIT: BTW they said 48 hours means no earlier than wednesday

Unfortunately, I'm going to ship out before it arrives. That means my wife will have to mail it to me once it arrives here. So you'll still get yours before I do.

i just called AW an they told me that i am in phase 12 and that it might ship this afternoon i am gonna call back lat like 6:50 and see what the dealy is yo!
i hope it ships!!!

no it still has not shipped and im starting to get ticked!
yesterday they told me it could ship yesterday afternoon and now they are telling me it might not ship until tomorrow afternoon!
wth is wrong with this picture...(calm down it'll be ok)...it better ship today!
whew..ill be fine i just got a little too excited!

HOLY CRAP NOW IM TICKED!!!
i called them monday and they said it would ship tuesday or wednesday!
i called tuesday they tell told me it is about to be packed and it might ship in a few hours but if it doesn't it'll ship early wednesday!
i called wednesday and they said it will ship today!
i called today and they said "Your system is still in phase 9!"
WTH!!! what should i do this really sucks!!!

I've been going through the same thing guys. Ordered my AW with no limited availablility parts and was told by a nice sales rep that it would ship in 7 days at most... then 7 days later I was told that it would ship in 7 days at most... well I did some calling and emailing and it finally got out the door today....

Hopefully it will reach my door by Monday!!


Patience is a virtue I guess but it really sucks

i just talked to a supervisor and he guaranteed me that it would ship tomorrow and apologized and said that i am not in phase 9!
i still am a little ticked cuz i think it should have shipped monday just like apacherider!
o well maybe i could possibly get it saturday cuz i am in GA!

What's with the YO-YO phase

Hey man when I called on lets say a Monday and 11am I would be told Phase 9--then calling at 5pm I'm told Phase 11 or whatnot-

The Phases there aren't entirely accurate-your best bet is to get a good CSR who can really help you out-I've spoken to quite a few over the past month and some were alot more helpful than others-The best CSR I've talked to is Patty-so nice and goes out of her to get you the information.

explain NICELY to them your situation-as hard as it may be cause your ticked-
and just see if they can tell you the exact phase your in etc.

Your system is shipping out this coming week-so you will have it VERY soon-
at least you will have tracking numbers with yours =)

yeah...
i was was really calm on the phone...
i actually never act mad on the phone i am pretty good about staying calm i usually express my anger here...
i really was hoping to have received it yesterday cuz my friend had oodered a powerbook g4 and recieved it yesterday and it would have been cool to hang out and play with our lappys!
if it seems like im rambling about stupid crap it is probably cuz i played halo(again) until 4 in the morning!
1 piece of advice when playine halo for like 10 hours don't drink three 2-liters of ginger ale!

well while playing you burp like nobody's business...
and then when you leave and goto bed at like 4 in the morning you can't sleep cuz you fart so much that your family tells you about the helicopters they heard flying over during the night
