DOOM 3's Guide and Help!!

Hi guy i m playing DOOM3 right now . I just want to make this post so every one can help each other. DOOM 3 is a hard game, very hard for me lol. i m at alpha lab 3 now.
any hint from hard core gamer?

Pistol is way too weak
the only weapon i can use effectively is the SMG
so far i use the tactic probing and retreat then fire, usually i try to walk up to dark corner useing flashligh and hear for noise when i saw the threat i move back and fire, be careful cuz there are lot of monster spawn rite behind you

when you go agaisnt human ( possesed) try to use pistol cuz those guy usually dont charge you go for head shot.

when you fight with other monster keep distance and use shot gun and smg. Most monster i saw so far cant do range attack, one of them can throw fire ball and those you can dodge easy.

when you enter new room watch for any opening or some door the monster can spawn from there . DOnt jump, be prepare,be brave if u panic it will decearse your chance of survival

alway look out for PDA or any eletronic devices. and dont forget to RUN, you will be out number in some occation where 3 or more monsters appear at a same time RUN if u stay u ll die for sure. Run for any open space and throw grenade behind you,

My advice is make mental notes of where you see armor, bullets, and med packs that you can't use at the time and then back track to those spots to replenish. Oh yea, feel free to save often and replay a confrontation over and over until you get it perfect so you dont 'have to worry about low ammo, armor, or health. I know this is anal but helps alot. At least this isn't gay farcry that doesn't let you save.

It's worked so far...lol i hate the **** that jumps out @ you...which occurs every
5 to 10

they containt codes for ammo locker
one of them is 123 so easy erh?

ok watch out for ALL lift there alway some kind monster gang when u go down with lift

beware for BIG square empty area becuz there will big things chaseing ya
