Okay, the 3790 is pretty %&*(@ cool
. Can't ask for much more than what they are giving us. Which means my last point of consideration is the warranty.
I have repeatedly read that PC Torque and Sager are wonderful to work with wien it comes to servicing machines. That only lasts the first year, then there is Phillips and Warrantech. I've heard a couple of off comments that PCT recommends Warrantech over Phillips but without any real specifics from people who have used the warranty from either.

And I've been burned by mail in warranties before, where my business machine was sent to the manufacturer (Toshiba) on a 24 hour express warranty that evolved into a 7 week where the *#%! is my computer experience. Say what you will about them, but I do like the fact that Dell offers onsite warranties. However, if I have a machine that doesn't break as often...

My question is for anyone who has used either the Phillips or Warrantech warranty for service, or knows something substancial about them.
Thanks,
Greg
