SAGER 4750 Video Camera +

Thread Starter
My video camera does not seem to show any images. I just get a black screen.

Also, in my device manager, I'm seeing two yellow question marks for other devices. One of them reads USB Controller. The other yellow mark reads Unknown Device.

I've installed the drivers as far as I know. Could there be something I overlooked?

Thanks,

TAS. Install TAS. TAS is the one you want. Ignore the folder that isn't called TAS.

Did I happen to mention that the driver you're looking for is in TAS?

[edit]
Oh, and for the USB drivers, try reinstalling them. When Windows asks you if you want to search any drives, point it to the Drivers and Utilities CD that came with the system. That did the trick for me.

Make sure that SP1 has been installed before you update the drivers for USB devices.

Then what in the world are the cam drivers for? I'm having the same problem as the thread starter. I thought I installed the TAS drivers... eh, I'll uninstall and try again.
