What Is Sager And Who Is Clevo ?

I know a Sager is a re-branded Clevo, I understand all that.

but does anyone have any knowledge as to what the names mean?


Is there a "Mr. Sager" or "Mrs. Clevo" ????

like their is a Michael Dell???

what do these names mean and are they people's names or are they just made up words ? and if so, do they have a meaning of sime kind????

Well, with clevo you can look at their site and it gives company history and such. I imagine it means something in that language... It makes no mention of one person who was the founder (which would have indicated it being based on his/her name). With Sager, I'm not sure... I know the counterpart is called Pro-star, and that's obviously not based on a person's name. Sager might be, but their site also has company history and makes no mention of a founder... You might email them and ask :-) I'm sure whoever answers will have been there since the beginning and can help.
