A warning to everyone that may be thinking of purchasing from this outfit! They are unreliable, liars and cheaters! There are no managers (???) there are no supervisors, just absolutely lousy customer service ... NOTHING! They screwed up our order, and now I have nobody to complain to, and they are doing NOTHING to correct it!

STAY AWAY FROM CYBERPOWER.COM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND NERVES! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING BUT USELESS CHEATERS THAT CHANGE GEARS AND RULES IN MID-STREAM!

I'm not surprised. I also had nasty time going through ibuypower (cyberpower is the same damn company) I didn't know about www.resellerratings.com at the time, but now i do.

thats too bad that you got screwed with them, i guess its the luck of the draw but im on my aopen1557gls right now and love it... better luck with your next purchase

Their customer service was great for me, they had a problem with my shipping adress and called within 24hrs to correct the problem, they were curtious, polite and very helpful. They make great performance laptops for discount, far cheaper than any other site. I have zero compliants about them thus far...

My lappy didn't arrive yet but I had a very good experience with Both IBP and CP. When I put in my 1st order with CP, Steve called me within 24 to let me know the system was on backorder, I emailed him 24 hours later to confirm that i canceled my order, in 36 hours i got a reply (not so bad..hypersonic took 40 hours) from Steve once again and he confirmed that the CC wasnt charged and the order was off. 24 hours after the email I re-ordered from IBUY..no issues...i got a call today and a woman told me that i had a CC problem..just my bank being screwed up. 4 hours later i called back and had a guy (hindu?) pick up...spent about only a minute on hold, and i asked him to check my status. he gave me an estimated shipping date, confirmed that the money was charged from the CC and cleared up a minor question i had about service. Now..i am just hoping that the good luck wont end now.

haha i hope u dont have the same kind of lucky with ibp that i did. they didnt start charging the CC until 3 days before estimated ship date. the started to build the laptop 1 day before estimated ship date. so with the 72 burn-in it was already 2 days late. when they did burn-in they encountered problem and and had to replace HD then do burn in again. since that wasa friday, they didnt do anyhting during weekend. so yea.. my laptop was delayed about a week. kinda sucky since it ruined my plans of having it shipped to my vacation place which then cost me another 20 bucks to have to shipped hom cause it arrived late
