Acer AS2012WLMi--Acer Support Question

I have pretty much widdled down my choice of laptops to the Acer AS2012WLMi. It seems like the amont of features you get for the price far outweigh any cons, which there seem to be none of anyways. On Newegg it has a 5 star rating with about 35 reviews or votes.

The only thing I am concerned about is the Acer tech support. If there were a problem with the PC how good is Acer tech support, does anyone have anything to say about it? Most people seem to like this laptop, and for the price it really can't be beat, but I remember the old addage "You get what you pay for". I just want to make sure that Acer Tech Support is good before I would buy one. Just in case.

From what I've read in these forums, support is above average. Wait times are short, parts get shipped directly to you (when appropriate). I am sure there are instances where there are problems, as *all* tech support sucks at one time or another.

Would love to hear more owner stories (positive or negative)...

And Acer offers their own extended warranty at a very reasonable price, especially thru a retail. You can get 2 more year for under $110 or 3 year complete care for about $200.
