loud dvd/cd-rw buzzing noise?

when I use my dvd/cd-rw drive, sometimes - not always - a very loud buzzing noise will sound. what is the cause? maybe something's loose? it only seems to happen sporadically

I get the same problem with the dvd+rw drive... It only happens once and a while when I'm playing UT2004.
Maybe the cd is spinning to fast

mine does that too... only with some cds. I think either the drive or the cd are out of balance. Ill try the same disk on my desktop and see if I get abnormal vibration

i get that using the cd included with the i9100 for reinstalling Sonic RecordNow software. think i can get dell to send me another CD?
