screen frame

the frame (not quite sure whats its really called) around the screen right above the middle is popping out.....it doesnt seem like it is having any effect on the screen just seems weak when i open it. is there something that might of pop off or anything i could do to get it to stay back in....oh btw its an 8790

There are four "rubber stopper/covers" on the top of the lid. You might want to see if there is/are a screw(s) loose under these pads. You might want to e-mail Sager and ask for their advice about how to tighten these (or if the screw are really under the pads).
