yeah u try to push everything to the extended memory, i think i got abt 560K of low memory freed up or something

my 1st PC had a 2Mhz CPU, 3Mhz in turbo mode, 256k ram - lol

I have been writing code since age 13. Professional since 16. I built my first computer, an 8bit Altair S100. I had to write my own operating system. First game I ever played on a computer was advent. I have a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Auburn University.

Wow, a bunch of kids on here. Man do I feel old.

I guess I'm the dinosaur here..... 48/M/Virginia. Happily married. Bachelor's in CS, Masters in Scientific Computing (basically, the higher-level mathematics underpinning comp sci). Tech Exec for a Fortune 500 company. Geek at heart.

Hey Wooster, after you graduate and start designing aircraft and things, just remember that someone has to repair those things. Sometimes I would just enjoy smacking the designeers of some of the aircraft I have worked on. The did not design ease of maintenance into somethings.
