I'm looking for a laptop with these minimum specs

2.8 ghz
512 mb ram would rather 1 gig
40 gig hd would rather 7200 rpm
cdrw/dvd or dvdrw
128 mb video

I'm not in Canada, and I don't meet your required specs, but I"m desperate to move my laptop...emachines M6805.

Thanks for the replies 1900$ is 2 expensive for me I was looking at spending 2000 CDN give or takea cpl bucks. Eric have you tried ebay yet?

I don't do ebay...don't trust it. I've sold their before, and from what I hear, it's not like it used to be. Too many non paying bidders and whatnot.
