Alienware vs. Fedex

Alienware said that they would send me my computer after one week, and it took a month. Fedex said the computer would arrive on Tuesday, and it came on Monday.

A perfect example of the "One satisfied customer tells none...on unsatisfied customer tells ten".

Hope you're enjoying the new machine...don't let the wait take away from your experience.

what is this stuff about not providing tracking numbers to those in ny and nj
because they steal stuff? im not sure
but now i have to wait home for the computer
btw i got my new sentia expedited by speaking to a higher authority over there
