In light of the huge discussion revolving around Alienware's new laptops to hit the market. I was doing some surfing and saw that Hypersonic is letting you order the D470W on their website, with a turnaround of about three weeks now. That coincides pretty much with the release date originally aimed at.

I maxed it out and it comes to about 3500 dollars give or take thats including shipping. For me personally, that is too much money to spend considering it is lacking in certain areas. I feel more inclined to follow the Alienware. I really like the idea of the 17" screen. Unfortunately I was hoping at least for sxga or sxga + and a higher video card.
