Sentia 14.1" Run Around

Hey guys just needed to tell you about my story, the fun never ends, so I call AW today to check on my order
since it was supposed to ship today accodring to my call yesterday, first off I get hung up on by Rio, then call
back and talk to Evelyn, she says that I am on some sort of list, asking me to change to my order to conspiracy
blue, I was like what, you must have the wrong order number, read me my order number, correct one, says
that they don't have my case and that they only have conspiracy blue. I was dumbfounded, never did I get
any information that they did not have my case, I got the run around they even told me that the case was
in and that it would ship soon, this is pretty darn ridiculous, im seriously thinking of cancelling and getting
something else. Just had to blow off some steam, i'm still on the phone, she is checking on some crap.

I feel your pain. Just out of curiousity, are they hanging up on you because you're being a prick to them (which would be warranted to a certain extent), or for other reasons?

i wasnt being a prick, i just stated that it was pretty ridiculous that they give me the run around, and also there was a power outtage or some sort. First hang up i think was on accident, cuz he was like lemme put you on hold to talk to the production line.

I didn't mean to suggest you were being a prick, but I could easily see how you'd be annoyed and voice your problems with the people responsible for them. So I was just curious if you gave them a piece of your mind, haha.

oh i pretty much told her what happend, also wrote an email to feedback @ blah blah blah hopefully ill get a reply soon, maybe a free mouse pad
