fn key and num lock on 4080

when num lock is on, the keys corresponding to the numpad automatically operate as their numpad counterparts. is there a way to change this? i want num pad to be on, but i want to be able to use the full alphabetic part of the keyboard, and only use the num pad when i hold down the FN key. any help would be appreciated.

unfortunaly not possible
the fn.ctrl key combination on this laptop makes me want to rip my hair out
