This is quite true, it doesn't make sense for one to jump and the other to not jump. But still, strange things -can- happen. I think a video of the test would clear this up finally...

god dammit jose, now look what you did, made an alienware god retire, i hope your damn happy...





But just too seem smart n not like a jackass, heres my 2 cents.
i dont know this for sure n all but hes my go, i know that helidude disables certain pixel shaders in his regesty edit to make his farcry run at 100+fps couple be a flawl i dont know, im not the dude, but that test 3 uses that certain pixel sahder to run the test hence the huge preformance leap, so this could not techanlly be cheating, just a different way of overclocking... but again i got no idea(im not helidude nor a futuremark expert)

You guys are the biggest frickin nerds i have ever heard. Quit arguing over some stupid scores, play the games (like the pc was meant to), and put some of that willpower into getting laid instead of whining.

Futuremark considers it cheating. They made the program.

I'm not sure why I'm the bad guy here. All I did was show Futuremark his score. They decided on their own.

Helidude, good luck with the legal action. First off, I never talked to you so there is no slander. Second, libel is defined as: "tort consisting of false and malicious publication printed for the purpose of defaming a living person." I said that you cheated. Futuremark said that you cheated. That disqualifies the false or malicious bit.

You could have stopped all of this by being a bit nicer. Turns out you lost the $1,000 bet.

This is what I have to say, if Helidude and Dev got higher scores through modding great more power to them. Don't worry about the others or futuremark for that matter. It seems that when a person can do something another wish they could do it will make them jealous. If they can't understand what you did is a good thing, then they will never understand the time and planning it takes to achieve something like this. If you call what they did cheating then by definition anyone who overclocks thier gpu, cpu is cheating. Mod away Helidude and get the highest score you can and &%$@ everyone else. I am with you all the way.

Ok im at a loss? have i done something wrong?

I just want to address and agree with helidude yes i did say that to him. But there is one reason why i lied about this. I like helidude and Jose. I find them very intresting to talk to and helpful. And one would ask about the other and i didnt want to say bad about the other due to me liking both of them. Some may say i was juggling them i wasnt i just wanted to stay freinds with both. ( from past expereince if i say something bad it genrally gets back and i get hit )

I know helidude, And from the first time talking to him he came accross as a person who cared and honestly didnt want to hurt people. And even though i didnt "know him in person" i chossed to belive him.

I did try and persuade josy but it was his opninion and i had to respect it. So i deciced to be nice to everyone

I apogolize if i said something on msn i didnt mean to either people. They both know about my problem using words for experssion and sometimes i may say something which is competlyl NOT what i wanted.
