I placed my order on 8/03/04.

I applied for the Alienware credit card (and was approved). I received my background check papers 2 days later, and sent them last Wednesday. However, I am still @ Phase 1. How long does it take for the papers to be received by Alienware? I didn't send it via DHL. I mailed them to Niki Martinez in Miami, Florida. It's already been a week, shouldn't the papers have arrived?

gkidd I wired my money and it still took 6 days to get to phase 2. Call them and check it out.
