TV Driver for 8890

I have been trying to update my driver for the tv tuner on my 8890 after formating the comp. and always get an error after start up from the tv software. I have used the driver on the sager site and I have the same problem. Any ideas?

The error is that a file is missing in the TV studio file and whenever windows opens that would pop up, my friend who has the same computer has had the same problem reinstalling the driver.

I don't really like the avermedia driver... I use dscaler and this driver: http://btwincap.sourceforge.net/
