!7 !5 w4|-|7 7|-|3 7rm35 0f 7|-|3... grr enough of this....

it is what the ratio of the terms of the Fibonacci sequence tend to. Also known as the "Golden Ratio". It is exibited in nature when you look at natural spirals (the ratio between space between spirals is this). Also, on the human body, generally, the better looking someone is, the closer to this ratio various parts are. For instance, the length of your arm / by the length of your forearm. Same on the leg. Your height / by leg length. Distances across the face also tend to this number.

Neat stuff hey!

No problem. I haven't been gaming and leaving my laptop on for fear of overheating until i get that cooler. Although now the room is starting to get as cold as my house with ac. So I can game safer. I want to be extra cautious with my laptop.

meh, don't worry. Mines crashed probably 20+ times in the past couple weeks and I see no signs of any damage or performance drops. the 4750 can take some punishment
post #93 of 159
I wish I could keep at it 10 C above room temperature. That's roughly the starting temps. Very cool to the touch then too.

40C would defintely be nice, that's the temps my friend gets with his ULV pentium 1.1Ghz 10" fujitsu p7000. it can't game worth s1ht but it's so friggin cool and tiny!
mine stays a 40 C in air conditioned roomed. how come there is no air shampoo though?

really? mine hovers right around 55C now on always on mode, how the heck do you keep it at 40C?
well you do live in the south. it is quite hot there. external temperatures make a huge impact on the internal temps.

yeah you're probably right. even with AC our house is around 80F.
Well that could be the source of your problems. Recently its been around like 60 F in philly. So once that heat pipe comes I'm hoping i can at least get 49 C while playing solitare and using itunes.
yea im from the philly area, but i cant keep mine under 50 now, and the only thim im running is winamp, and this website. It starts off at 40, but climbes slowly. Im starting to think that i put to much AS5 on.
