Hyper-Threading

What is the best way to make sure that hyper-threading is on and working correctly?

hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to bring up the windows task manager. Look under the performance tab - if you have two boxes under CPU Usage history then you have HT and it is working fine (not sure about how well it is working but it is working if you have activity in both boxes).
