pcbunker, the parts are worth more than that alone. if i'm not going to get $750 for the whole thing, i'm going to part it out and sell individual parts. still waiting on sager for the cost of the repairs.
$750 for a broken laptop ? mmm...sounds kinda steep considering you don't know what's wrong with it (of course once you do know what's wrong with it then it's different)
On a busted laptop with parts that may function 450 is a fair offer. Once you find out what the defect is and the cost then a re-consideraton of the price would be in order. Hope to hear from you then.
Sager FINALLY got back to me. The repairs are only costing $175 !! I do not plan to sell it since I will be able to get this much loaned to me for the repairs.
