What machine do you have?
6805. Bought it in February, and had to send back 3 times around June to fix a defective RAM. Do you think I can demand a replacement now? I am about 4 months away from finishing my PhD and cannot afford to miss my notebook even for a day. Getting really tired of Emachine

I think that you deff. have a good case for lemon law. I bought mine on January 14th, and the only problem I have had is the right side hinge crack. But I can live with that for a little while longer I believe.

Yeah.. I just realized that with a replacement, I am running a risk of getting those faulty hinged ones. Somehow this one has not developed a crack and it has only one stuck pixel in a not-very-noticeable location. God knows what I will get if they at all agree to replace it...
