It might be helpful to post your current system board revision since there may be new I9100 owners lurking about with a later revision who could confirm if this issue has been fixed. Just look under the memory door for a sticker containing this information.
I would recommend getting something like a echo indigo PCMIA card. The hum will be gone for good, and you will be amazed at how much better this card sounds
