9100 and CS Source - Page 2

in cs:s , im getting around 100 fps just running around and it drops down to about 60 fps with alot of ppl on screen with firefights on my m9800.

this is at 1280 x 800, all settings , shadows, reflections, etc on max.

wow i cant believe how good widescreen is, i dont think i can go back to the regular view anymore.

What's the easiest way to get the beta for CS:Source? SHould I go ahead and buy the CS CZ or should I wait? I have little interest in playing single player CS, but in my day (before COD), I used to have l33t ski||z on CS, so I'm hankering for a fix.

Thx,

I got into the source beta by an old ati video card purchase for my desktop awhile back, so I'd say either do that if you have a desktop vid card in need of an update, or just pickup condition zero. the cs:source beta runs so sweetly on my mr9700. i'm pulling 52.3fps with 6xaa and at 868x646 widescreen aspect. it's really a great time!

Well I never got a response so I will just say again.... is the "Burn-In / Assemble your Components" on the PCprogress site a good thing to do? It costs 10 dollars and delays my shipping so I just want to know.

danichex-

you never got a response because you derailed the thread, start a new one with your question and maybe you'll get a response
