My computer just went into Phase 4 but I didn't get an email notification, is this normal or are you supposed to get emails for all updates or just certain ones?????

generally, they email you well after (at least a few hours) you go up a phase or more

I agree with sharkSentia. I received updates like clockwork each time I have going up a phase. Look for your initial email notifications and you should see them generated (typically in the evening) at almost the same time.

never believe your e-mail or website (cept on weekends). You have to call to know for sure.
