Alienware Sentia 12 vs. Fujitsu S6220?

Thread Starter
I'm looking for an ultra portable to replace my heavy Compaq X1000 notebook. Has anyone done (or seen) a good comparison between the Fujitsu S6 and Alienware Sentia 12?

I'll be maxing out whichever I end up getting. 7200 PPM HDD (both) 1+GB RAM (both), 1.7 GHZ CPUv(Fujitsu) or 2.0 GHZ CPU (Alien).

Both seem solid, light, and plenty powerful. I'm leaning toward the Fujitsu due to:
-DVD RW super drive
-Smart bay w/ second battery and superior battery life this provides
-CV XGA screen which is viewable outdoors (same as Alienware?)

Alienware Pros:
-Looks and geek cache of Alienware
-Great cust service, packaging, personalized manuals, etc.
-2.0 GHZ CPU option

Any comments or suggestions from those who has seen/reviewed both of these systems would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Brett

The only Sentia 12" review you'll see on the net at the moment is right here.

I think one other difference may be in the layout of the screens?

The Sentia comes with a 12.1" WXGA("W" = Wide?) screen as opposed to the Fujitsu which comes with a standard 13.3" XGA screen. I might be mistaken ,perhaps one of the gurus here can verify.

As of now, there is no secondary battery for the new sentia. However, the reps told me that there are plans to develop one in the near future.

a second battery and some other color and i would buy one today... (can't decide on the blue or green) and i read in the 64m thread that alienware is planning on releasing a 8x super drive in laptops-- maybe that will include the sentia-- i guess that only makes the desicion harder for you bretta....
