sensors output on a 8890

Thread Starter
I'm trying to get the output from sensors to display more then just the two slots of ram I have . I ran sensors-detect but all that managed to do was show up my two slots of ram. Has anyone using a 8890 managed to get sensors to detect their cpu temp and fan speed etc?

If so how / :

Thanks,

All I had to do to get CPU temperature readings is enable CPU Thermal Zones in the kernel configuration, recompile, reboot, and voila. I have a thermal entry in /proc and thus apps like GKrellM2 are able to display the info.

G' luck
