A friend has asked me to have a look at his toshiba 2650XDVD laptop. I'm pretty sure its not a gaming laptop but I'm sure you folks can help. My main problem is I CAN'T TURN THE FRIGGIN THING ON!! Theres an on button on the side and a lock thing for it and I've tried messing with those but to no avail. Am I mssing something? Can anyone help? thanks.
